I ran across some great science videos the other day and especially with regard to some of the previous posts today (about how dumb be as a group are becoming), decided to look at the idea that it is better to know stuff…
Here is the video I saw on How to Geek
For me, I thought that this was a great, clear, and understandable presentation of something most people don’t know. The video presents information about something which everyone knows about (i.e. glass is clear), and opens up some of the really wonderful things about science…that is, to open up one’s sense of wonder and to be able to ask those ‘4-year old questions’.
